Largo, Florida-based NuNature Labs said it has been authorized to distribute two medical-grade oral CBD products in Brazil. Approval is through the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA), which is responsible for pharmaceuticals and health services in Brazil. Under Brazilian rules, the products can only be prescribed when other therapeutic options have been exhausted. They will be available through pharmacies. The authorization does not require proven results from clinical trials for a five-year period, according to NuNature.
