Medical Cannabis Declaration (MCD), a charity backed by a number of organizations worldwide, has kicked off a crowdfunding campaign on Idiegogo.
The organization looks to raise $85,000 to build out an extensive database on all aspects of cannabis, targeting both patients, medical professionals and policy makers, the group said. MCD said it will work with existing platforms dedicated to cannabis as medicine, specifically with the International Association for Cannabinoid Medicines (IACM).
