The U.S. state of Massachusetts will allow marijuana retailers to sell CBD and other hemp products grown and produced in the state under license. The provision was included in a state budget measure recently signed by Gov. Charlie Baker last week. Farmers and processors must be licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources. Only products produced in Massachusetts may be sold to the marijuana dispensaries.
