Brazilian actress debuts hemp fashions

Brazilian actress Marina Ruy Barbosa launched a line of casual fashions from hemp textiles. The collection, branded “Ginger,” features t-shirts, body stockings, tank tops and accessories that can be mixed and matched. Design references come from contemporary art combined with a retro 1980s motif. Barbosa was a child actress in Brazil, and later had a major role was in the telenovela Começar de Novo.
