Three Italian farming cooperatives have written a joint letter protesting a recent decree from Italy’s Ministry of Health that would make CBD a narcotic. Cia-Agricoltori italiani, Confagricoltura, Copagri e Alleanza delle Cooperative Agroalimentari, who collectively represent several thousands of farmers, called on the health ministry along with those for health, justice and economic development to unravel the rule. Italian and European hemp Associations say they will fight the decree in court.
