South Dakota Industrial Hemp Association representatives are to meet with the State Legislature’s Rules Review Committee Dec. 7 to discuss the state’s hemp plan, which has been approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. State industrial hemp legislation passed last year and proposed regulations from the State Department of Public Safety are also on the agenda.
