Slowly but surely, new laws and regulations for industrial hemp advance

The legal and regulatory landscape for industrial hemp still has a long way to go toward normalization, but progress was made this year, especially in Europe, where key rules covering planting seeds and THC limits for hemp “on the field” have been adopted.
