A New York, USA hemp company filed a federal lawsuit against a North Carolina construction company, seeking a total of $1.7 in gamages over what it says were faulty prefab buildings ordered for an extraction facility. Hemp Productions Inc., Poughkeepsie, New York is seeking the damages from MCC Development Inc., Asheville, North Carolina, and Ideal Environmental of Los Banos, California, which made the building components.
