CC Pharma GmbH of Germany has received a first shipment of EU-compliant GMP hemp seedlings for CBD production from parent company Aphria Inc., Ontario, Canada to a newly opened Aphria indoor R&D and growing facility in Neumünster, Germany, the companies announced. CC Pharma distributes pharmaceutical products to more than 13,000 pharmacies in Germany and is on the list of approved German medical marijuana importers. Aphria, which bought CC Pharma for €18.92 million (~$22 million) in cash last year, is traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange and NASDAQ in the USA.
