Bill in Texas would help CBD market

A Texas state senator said he will present a bill that seeks to legalize medical cannabis, including CBD. Sen. Roland Gutierrez, a Democrat, said the proposed measure projects generating $3.2 billion in state revenue every two years, and 30,000 jobs in agriculture, manufacturing, retail, and distribution. Companies are currently selling CBD in Texas, but are careful to ensure their products have a THC concentration of less than 0.3%, the federal limit for hemp in the USA.
