A court case regarding a ban on smokable hemp in the U.S. state of Texas has been rescheduled to March, Texas Cannabis Collective reported. Plaintiffs in the case, a group of Texas hemp producers, claim the state exceeded its authority when it banned the sale of smokable hemp products. The state’s health services agency contends the ban, which took effect in August 2019 but hasn’t been enforced, is required by law.
