Costa Rica law expected soon

Share this:

Costa Rican President Carlos Alvarado is expected to soon sign a bill authorizing hemp production and a medical marijuana program. Legislators from Costa Rica’s ruling party and several opposition groups backed the bill, which they said can boost the country’s economy and reduce illicit drug trade.
