Indiana-based extractor HempRise has cut the ribbon for an $80 million, 100,000-sq. ft. CBD processing center in Jeffersonville. The company said the location near the Indiana-Kentucky border gives it access to large population centers nearby for its range of CBD products that includes food, cosmetics, nutraceuticals and pet products. The new facility is expected to employ 50 people.
