Prosecutors in Munich this week indicted several operators and employees of hemp shops, claiming some of their hemp-flower tea and oil products were over the limit for THC. The indictments come after a raid last year in which 180 police officers searched stores, warehouses of online shops, and apartments in and around Munich, seizing 370 kg. of hemp tea, 530 grams of “CBD hashish,” 60 kg. of CBD flowers, €44,000 in cash and two loaded firearms.
