The National Hemp Association will host a seminar in its Law & Public Policy series Jan. 24 in Denver. Sessions will cover plant patents, trade names, trademarks & copyrights, international intellectual property, trade secrets and nondisclosure agreements.
Speakers are attorney David Bush of DavidLaw, James Weatherly of the Seed Innovation and Protection Alliance; Steve Weigler of EmergeCounsel LLC; Frank Robson of Vicente Sederberg; and Wendy Mosher of New West Genetics.
Registration begins Jan. 24 at 12:30, with sessions starting at 1 p.m. A networking reception follows at 5 p.m.
