Idaho Gov. Brad Little on Friday signed a bill legalizing the production, sale and processing of industrial hemp under state Department of Agriculture rules. CBD is illegal under provisions of the law. The state’s Department of Agriculture is be required to draft a plan compliant with provisions in the federal Farm Bill of 2018 by Sept. 1.
