David Giffin, managing partner at Giffin Technologies and Earthli Plant-Powered Superfoods received “Value-Added Processor of the Year” honors from the Nova Scotia Ministry of Agriculture. Based in Windsor, NS, Giffin Technologies Inc. develops novel products and processes applicable to the health food industry; Earthli Plant-Powered Superfoods Inc. makes plant-based protein products. The award was handed out during a virtual ceremony for the Second Annual Minister’s Awards of Excellence for Agriculture.
