‘Butik’ offers Poland the hemp lifestyle

HempButik, a hemp lifestyle platform for Poland, has gone online offering high-quality Polish hemp products along with those from other parts of the world. The site is operated by the Nakło Foundation, which supports a range of hemp industry public service initiatives all over the world.

“The number of Polish-made innovative products from hemp is growing rapidly, and consumers in Poland are turning increasingly to organic, natural products,” said Kehrt Reyher, Director at the Nakło Foundation. The foundation also operates an international wholesale hemp trading platform, HempTrade, which features a number of Polish hemp products.

Hemp food to hemp homes

“Adding a domestic retail platform to our family of hemp web sites means we can help Polish producers both on the local and export markets,” Reyher said.

Along with hemp goods from Polish suppliers, HempButik is importing select food, fashions & accessories, health & beauty and home furnishing products from all over the globe. Custom built hemp homes are offered under agreements with Polish and Ukrainian hemp construction firms.

Hemp hospitality

HempButik also offers a Hemp Weekend during which guests stay in the Palace at Nakło, a bed & breakfast where they can sample hemp food and health & beauty products, and shop in the HempButik on-site showroom.

The Polish-language site launch was backed by promotion at last weekend’s HempDays, the Polish national hemp seminar and exhibition during which HempButik operated a pop-up shop. A Google advertising campaign will break in Poland later this month to promote the consumer-oriented online boutique.

The HempButik platform was built in a collaboration between MPR Studio, New York, and HempToday, which is also operated by The Nakło Foundation.
