Australia-based nutraceuticals maker Creso Pharma signed a letter to enter a distribution deal with ImpACTIVE Holdings Ltd, Canada. ImpACTIVE is to distribute Creso’s suite of hemp CBD based human health products, CannaDOL and cannaQIX, in Canada and the U.S., while Creso is to distribute ImpACTIVE’s CBD based roll-on product in Switzerland and Europe if the deal is consummated. ImpACTIVE is a Canadian company founded by a group of athletes that sells a range of CBD products for muscle and joint inflammation. Creso said it has access to over 2,100 pharmacies and 400 sport and fitness centers in Switzerland alone.
