Former NBA star Isiah Thomas, said he will invest $3 million in his holding company, One World Pharma. The company said the money will be used to expand farming operations, additional certifications, and construction of an extraction facility in Colombia, where One World has hemp and marijuana operations. The company is located in Las Vegas but has a 30-acre cultivation operation in Popayan, Colombia that focuses on cannabis genetics. The company said it expects “to significantly increase revenue in the second quarter of 2021 through the increased sale of seeds, newly approved cuttings, and extracted oil.”
