HempToday will host industry networking and intelligence events focused on hemp construction; food, health and beauty; and medical hemp as it expands the Hemp2020 Summit Series at its Poland-based center this year.
The gatherings, with attendance limited to 25 participants, give stakeholders, startups and investors a chance to get industry updates and discuss business deals, said Kehrt Reyher, HempToday’s founder.
Getting hemp leaders together
“We’ve hit on a great formula that provides an effective platform for industry leaders to get together, share knowledge and do deals in an intimate environment,” Reyher said of the events, hosted at HempToday Center in south-central Poland. HempToday operates under the Naklo Foundation, which supports environmental protection, entrepreneurship and green industry thought leadership globally; and historical preservation and economic development at the local level.
The events draw on the expertise of HempToday’s global advisory board representing leading hemp companies from around the world as well as other guest speakers.
Hempcrete construction
The 2018 Summit Series kicks off later this month with Deep Green Building | Hemp-Lime Construction, led by Belgian natural builder Wolf Jordan, Wolf Jordan & Co. Two places remain for participants in the hempcrete construction event, which has drawn signups from nine countries around the world.
Benhaim, Gabrielova at May session
Paul Benhaim, CEO at Hemp Foods Australia and CBD-maker Elixinol, and Hana Gabrielova, CEO at Czech-based Hempoint are headline speakers for Hemp Food, Health & Beauty, set for May 25-26. Hempoint is a co-organizer of the Hemp2020 Summit Series.
HempToday will host The Future of Medical Hemp in August, and in October will stage its highly-regarded Hemp2020 Business & Investment Summit, which marks its third year in 2018.
