A measure that would establish a cannabis commission to regulate hemp and marijuana have been proposed in the U.S. state of Indiana. One of the laws would establish a commission to regulate all forms of cannabis that have been legalized in the state, including industrial hemp and low-THC hemp extracts. A second bill would decriminalize possession of up to two ounces of marijuana for adults and repeal marijuana possession as a level 6 felony. Both bills were filed by Democrat state Senator Karen Tallian.
