New president for U.S. HIA

Kentucky farmer Mike Lewis has assumed the presidency of the U.S. Hemp Industries Association, replacing Rick Trojan, Hemp Road Trip, who has moved into a position as vice president and head of a newly formed cannabinoids council. The board also named Zev Paiss, Abraham Paiss & Associates, Inc., Colorado, to a new position dedicated to hemp fiber; and Jeffrey Kostiuk, Hemp Genetics International, Inc., Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, to a position focused on hemp seed and grain.
