Portuguese organic bakers Pachamama introduced a gluten-free bread made with hemp seeds, quinoa flour and sweet potatoes. Pachamama’s products have national distribution in Modelo Continente and Auchan hypermarkets, and in granaries and organic stores at a recommended retail price of about €3 ($3.50).
