Canada-based Aurora Cannabis has scaled back its presence in Uruguay where it had hoped to develop business in CBD and marijuana. Aurora invested $290 million in 2018 to acquire Uruguayan cannabis company ICC Labs, whose leader has reportedly left the company. Aurora is reportedly trying to sell real estate it owns in Uruguay for $2 million.
