Henri Puttonen of Sweden-based Textiva, a hemp textile firm with operations in Europe, has joined HempToday as an adviser.
HT advisers serve as country representatives and support local coverage of the hemp industries.
Puttonen’s firm is working specifically to develop hemp-based supply and sales chains to back economic development in rural Europe.
“Henri’s approach to building local hemp value chains fits in perfectly with our philosophy backing distributed economic models,” said Kehrt Reyher of HempToday. “We look forward to working with him and following developments with Textiva and the hemp textile industry in general.”
