The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) has delayed a ban on the mailing of vape products that was to come into force this past Monday. The ban is to be effected by an amendment that adds all e-cigarettes and vaping products to an existing ban on direct sales of cigarettes to consumers through the mail. The USPS last week published guidance in the Federal Register, and notified vape component makers that the new prohibitions on the mailing of their products is imminent. But the agency said it needs more time to review how to implement the changes ordered by Congress, Hemp Industry Daily reported.
